How do you charge for your web services?

Our price for web development packages are determined by the amount of hours we
spend on the project, and is billed at $95.00 hourly, with a 50% retainer for new clients.

How long does it typically take to design a web site?

On average, we spend around 25 to 30 hours designing and developing a really nice
5 page site, and depending on how much content and design ideas are supplied,
we usually can complete it in one week.

How many revisions are allowed on the web site design?

We'll go as long as you request us to, we're on an hourly retainer to work on your project.
We submit designs to you online, so you can quickly review, comment, and make any
requests. You can get a feel for the type of widely varying designs we do by visiting our
portfolio page.

How are payments handled?

We will mail you a contract for signature and payment of our retainer (50% of our bid) and
once received, we go to work. Confirmation of acceptance of our terms is enough to get
your project started.

How do we start on my project?

First, via discussion and E-mail you provide site information and navigation areas for your
new web site. We then design a "mock up" prototype of what the web site will look like on
the home page, and post it online for you to review and ultimately approve. Once you
approve the design, we'll build the rest of the web site documents and populate them
with data and images that you provide, or stock imagery from our collection.
